May 2001 News

Hi Everyone,

Well here we are the end of May already. Where has time gone? First off, LIS Memories has gotten a facelift courtesy of Dave Goudsward, webmaster extraordinaire. Dave has made LIS Memories a lot easier to navigate, and yes it even loads faster then before. Dave has also added many new features which I am sure everyone will like. A job very well done!

Congratulations to Marta Kristen's daughter Lora, who was married on April 30 in Los Vegas to a great guy (in Marta's words), Mr. Geoffrey Milward of Capetown, South Africa. All our best wishes go out to Geoffrey and his blushing bride.

I have started a new internet LIS mailing list for LIS Memories. It is called - ya ready... Lost in Space Memories! Here everyone can share LIS info such as convention appearances, latest merchandise info, and all of your fondest LIS Memories. You can join by pressing on this link. I hope to see many of you on the list.

This past May 18-20 I traveled to Novi MI to visit with Bob May, Marta Kristen and June Lockhart. They signed many autographs and took a bunch of photos with many LIS fans who stopped by to visit. It was a lot of fun and the convention was a GREAT success!

Product news.

Classics Reborn was on hand at Motor City Comic Con to unveiled their B9 Robot prototype. These Robots will be available in three tiers and will be priced according to tier. What a beauty the prototype is! The LIS cast members gave the Classics Robot a thumbs up as it is a real beauty! I got to hang out with Dave Gelda and his partner Dave Mc Dowell all weekend long. These guys have a lot of positive things in works, as far as LIS products go. A LIS first season pistol, and a J2 with interior are in the works. These products will make the avid fan very, very happy! Please check out my Novi review and Classics picture section here at LIS Memories and also don't forget to visit the Classics Reborn site for more info.

Well that's it for now. I hope everyone has a nice summer.

Stay safe, and don't forget to support your cast!

Ray
